Martin has a quiet moment with his family

Olympic Torchbearer Martin Myers tells #citizenrelay how carrying the Torch has helped him put his life to better use following the death of his father in 2008.  Martin talks about how his early start in Clydebank on Saturday 9th June was worth it in the end because his family were in attendance, the interaction with other Torchbearers was rewarding and, most of all, he was able to honour the Friends of the Gambia Association that he has worked so passionately for over the last few years.  Martin’s full blog post can be found by clicking on this link.
